Effective June 2024: The Official Federal Forms for 101 and 201 Voluntary Petitions have been revised and the increased Chapter 13 combined debt limit, established under the Bankruptcy Threshold Adjustment and Corrections Act, expired on June 21, 2024 and a revised debt limit has been implemented. These revisions are available in this update of Best Case.
To update Best Case:
- At the top of Best Case, on a gray screen, select Tools > Check for Update*
- Follow the on-screen prompts to download and apply the changes
- If you are on a network version, all users must exit prior to installation
