Revised Filing Requirements
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana will no longer require Schedules (A/B, C, D, E/F, G, H, I, J) and Forms B-122A and B-122C to be filed separately. Except in emergency filings, all Schedules, and Forms B-122A and B-122C, when applicable, should be filed with the chapter 7, 11, 12, or 13 petition. – effective February 2024
